Clinical Study On Treating Posterior Circulation Ischemiaround-sharp Needle And Hegu Needle

Objective: This study adopts the round-sharp needle and HEGU needle method in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia,by observing the patient's symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine and TCD examination,observation the round-sharp needle and HEGU needle method for the treatment of patients with posterior circulation ischemia effect,to provide a high security,good curative and low price method for the clinical treatment.Methods: According with the standard of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia to choose 60 cases,it can be divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized,controlled,32 cases in the treatment group(round-sharp needle and HEGU needle)and 31 cases in the control group(normal acupuncture group).Two groups of patients are the daily treatment time,five days for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment.Observed and recorded before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine in treatment of symptom scores,TCD examination indexes and indexes,analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results: through the two courses of treatment,two groups of patients with TCM symptom scores were improved than before treatment,but the treatment group improved more obviously,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05)of TCD examination is also improved than before treatment,and it has statistical significance(P < 0.05)Conclusion:1 round the needle stab li4 method curative effect due to the ordinary acupuncture group2 round the needle stab li4 method group recurrence rate is lower than the normal acupuncture group3 round the needle stab li4 method patient adherence is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group...
