Objective:to observe the clinical effect and safety of treating androgenetic alopecia pertaining to the pattern of heart-dampness accumulation by using the"hua zhi sheng fa"decotion,and to provide the clinical method by using Chinese medicine to treat this disease simpiy,safely and effectively.Method:all the cases are from june2010to august2011in Sichuan province Chinese medicine hospital dermatology outpatients,collected100cases of patients with seborrheic alopecia which syndrome differentiation belongs to heart-dampness accumulation.we divide100patients into the treatment and the control group by the method of random singleblind.the treatment group take the "huazhishengfa"decotion.and the control group take the"qu shi jian fa"decotion we observe the therapeutic effect after12weeks,and analyze the conclusion statistically by spss19.0in order to compare the effect between the two groups.Result:the totall effective rate of the treatment group is86.1%,the control group is70.5%.through the statistical analysis of the two groups,we can draw the conclusion that there is significant difference between the two groups (p<0.01).and the adverse reactions is small.the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group,and the effect is safety.Conclusion:through the issue of clnical observe and research,it is confirmed that the effect of the treatment group treated with huazhishengfa decotion is better than the controlgroup.the treatment group not only can relieve the clinical symptom obviously,but also control the grease.its adverse reactions is small.so it is worth to the further clinical application.
