Quzhi Germinal Granules Treatment Clinical Study Of Stomach Damp Heat Of Androgenetic Alopecia

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect and safety of Qu Zhi Sheng Fa granula in the treatment for Androgenetic Alopecia and provide a theoretical basis for the universal clinic application of Qu Zhi Sheng Fa granula via the method of radioimmuoassay to determine of amount variations of T and E₂ before and after the treatment.Menthods1.clinical observation1.1 Selects 112 example patients who come from alopecia clinic in the wuhan first hospital,According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,its were dialogued Heat-Wet in Spleen and Stomach of Androgenetic Alopecia.They were divided into treatment group and comparison group by randomly.Treatment group include 57 cases, comparsion group include 55 cases.Two groups have no obviouslydifference at age,sex and course of disease(P＞0.05),has comparability.1.2 We give treatment group patiences Qu Zhi Sheng Fa granula dosis everyday and take orally two times one day,each time take medicineafter mixing with 200ml warm water,and give the comparison group patiences vitamin B6 lOmg,tid andyitamin B2 25mg,tid for oral use.Atthe same time bothgroup external use Sheng Fa spiritus which is made in wuhan first hospital,two times one day.We set one month as a treatment course and altogether observe three treatment courses to evaluate curative effect.1.3 Prior treatment and post-treatment we give amark of pathogenetic condition for all case.1.4 Statistics:After observation,we analyzed the datas,the total effective rate were examined with x²,the mark of pathogenetic condition were examined with t-test. 2 experiment2.1 To determine the change serum levels of testosterone(T)and estradiol(E₂):In prior treatment,serum levels of T and E₂ was measured by RIA in 26 patients who belong to treatment group patiences and include 16 men and 10 women.3ml venous blood of subject is drawed.in post-treatment,we repeat determination,2.2 After determination,the datas of experimentation were examined with t-test.result:1 to evaluate curative effectAfter a period of treatment of 112 example patients,for the treatment group the cases of cure is 5(8.77%),the cases of result significance is 28(49.12%),the cases of utility is 15(26.31%),total effective rate is 84.21%;For the comparison group one,the cases of cure is 1(1.82%),the cases of result significance is 13(23.64%),the cases of utility is 17(30.91%),total effective rate is 56.36%.Treatment group's total effective rate is higher than the comparison group's,it has obviously difference after statistics analysis(P＜0.01).2 to evaluate mark of pathogenetic conditionIn prior treatment the mark of pathogenetic condition of both groups has not obviously difference(P＞0.05),in post-treatment the mark of pathogenetic condition of every groups has obviously difference to compare oneself(the treatment group P＜0.01,the comparison groupP＜0.05). Treatment group's mark is lower than the comparison group'smark(P＜0.01)3 to evaluate datas of experimentationIn post-treatment the serum levels of T of treatment group breakdown (P＜0.05),but the levels of E₂ stepup very obviously(P＜0.05),prior treatment and post-treatment the level of gonadal hormone has obviously difference after statistics analysis. ConclusionIn the experiment we genealogy observe the curative effect which Qu Zhi Sheng Fa granula treat Androgenetic Alopecia,After a period of treatment the rate of cure is 8.77%,total effective rate is 84.21%, treatment group's total effective rate is higher than the comparison group's(P＜0.01).The results of observation have proved that Qu Zhi Sheng Fa granula could restrain function of sebaceous glands,and grow downwards secretion of sebum.It could relive the clinical symptom obviously,at the same time it could justify the endocrine function,butwe need to observe further the long-dated curative effect which Qu Zhi Sheng Fa granula treat Androgenetic Alopecia.
