A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Seborrheic Alopecia(Spleen-stomach Dampness Heat)by Using Zhaqupingweisan Flavored And Acupoint Catgut Embedding

Research objective:Throngh clinical trials,to observe the clinical effect and safety of treating androgenetic alopecia by using the zhaqupingweisan flavored and acupoint catgut embedding,and to provide the clinical method by using Chinese medicine to treat this disease simpiy,safely and effectively.Research method : All the cases are from Sichuan province Chinese medicine hospital dermatology outpatients,collected 80 cases of patients with seborrheic alopecia which syndrome differentiation belongs to dampness-heat of spleen and stomach.we divide 80 patients into the treatment and the control group by the method ofrandom single blind,each group 40 cases.the treatment group take the zhaqupingweisan flavored and acupoint catgut embedding.and the control group take the Finasteride Tablets.Two group are 3 period of treatment,each one month,a total of 3 months.Observed the several main symptoms change in the two groups before and after treatment of hair loss?reasy?cales?itching and hair growth,as well as adverse reactions and heal patients relapse after 1 month.Use spss21.0 software for data analysis and then make relevant Clinical judgment by comparing the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and recurrence rate.Research results : The totally effective rafe of the treatment group is86.1%,the control group is 70.5%.through the statistical analysis of thetwo groups,we can draw the conclusion that thereis significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01).and the adverse reactions is small.the effent of the treatment group is better than the control group,and the effect is safety.Conclusion:through the issue of clinical observe and research,it is confirmed that the effect of the treatment group treated with zhaqupingweisan flavored and acupoint catgut embedding is better than the control group.the obviously,but also treatment group not onlycan relieve the clinical symptom control the grease.its adverse reactions is small.so it is worth to the further clinical application.
