The Clinical Study On The Treatment For Androgenetic Alopecia(The Type Of Heat-wet In Slpeen And Stomach)with The Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective:The type of heat-wet in slpeen and stomach Androgenetic Alopecia patients were divided into two groups,each group to "AiLian hair growth soup" or "Selenium disulfide lotion" for topical treatment,evaluating the effect and the application safety of this type of the Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine,and the intervention about Chinese medicine therapy on the mental and quality of life of alopecia patients is important.Methods:1?72 cases of clinical syndrome of heat-wet in slpeen and stomach type of Androgenetic Alopecia were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases.The two groups were given the basic treatment of plum blossom acupuncture,the treatment group was given the "AiLian hair growth soup",and the control group was given the "Selenium disulfide lotion".2?1 month as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment,the efficacy and safety of drug treatment were analyzed and discussed.After 3 months of treatment,the patients were followed up,and the treatment effect was evaluated again.Result:1?The total efficiency was 88.24% in the treatment group and 75.76% in the control group when the treatment was discontinued.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2?The difference between the treatment group and the control group was no significant(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in promoting new growth,improving greasy and itching(P<0.05).The control group had better results in improving scales(P<0.05);3?There was no statistically significant improvement in the DLQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of hair growth self-evaluation scores(P<0.05).4?The total efficiency was 91.18% in the treatment group and 69,70% in the control group after 3 months of treatment.there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),among which the recovery and inefficiency were different.This is the main reason for the significant difference in the overall efficacy results.5?Analyze the correlation between questionnaire scores and efficacy in the treatment group.After the chi-square test,P<0.05.The lower the questionnaire score,the better the psychological status and the higher the efficiency.Conclusion:1?For the treatment of the type of heat-wet in slpeen and stomach Androgenetic Alopecia,Plum blossom needle combined with Chinese medicine hair lotion or selenium disulfide lotion are effectivee,but the effect of AiLian hair growth soup is more permanent;AiLian hair growth soup has a prominent effect in promoting new growth,improving oiliness,and itching.In terms of improving scales,selenium disulfide lotion has a better effect,and the efficacy of hair loss and folliculitis in both groups is comparable.2?Both groups were able to improve the quality of life of patients,and the improvement of self-evaluation of hair growth in patients with AiLian hair growth soup was more prominent.3?There is a correlation between the patient's psychological condition and the treatment effect.The better the psychological condition,the higher the efficiency.
