Study Of Guizhou Province Medical Colleges Students Humanistic Qualities Education

The traditional biomedical model can not satisfy people’s health needs and the development of medicine in modern society. The bio-psycho-social modern medical model,which combines biology with sociology has replaced the biomedical model. Based on the point of view of modern medical model, a patient will be seen as a member of this society with complex mental activity,to understand human diseases and health. The transformation of the medical model require not only the advance in medical technology, but also propagating the medical humanity spirit and the progress of medical ethics. Facing medical model transformation, medical student’s humanistic quality education has became a hot research field of medical education in China.In addition, around the realization of "the safe, effective, convenient, inexpensive"health reform goals and deepened the reform of the medical health system of Guizhou Province and China. It must reflect the people-oriented, effectively solve the conflict of doctor-patient, focused on building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The author elucidates the necessity to strengthen humanistic quality education of medical students of Guizhou Province medical colleges. In order to establish the educational philosophy that medical humanity education is an important part of modern medical education, it must reform of the medical humanities curriculum system, strengthening all teachers’humanities self-cultivation and the humanities faculty building. The medical students cultivation of humanistic spirit in clinical practice stage must be promoted. Only in this way, the medical ethics and medical style will be radically improved and a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is formed. This article provides available reference path and countermeasures to enhance Guizhou Province medical colleges students levels of medical education and humanistic quality education.
