With the rapid development of society and medicine, the return of the medical humanities became inevitable, medical humanistic education of medical colleges in China became more and more attention. Cultivating high-quality medical talents who are charitable and herbalism exquisite became education target and arduous task of medical colleges in China. This study on the base of clearing the related concepts and theories of medical humanistic education mode, reflected on humanities education concept and education practice in medical colleges, and analyzed medical humanistic education status based on the questionnaires, meanwhile, compared the development trend of foreign medical humanistic education, proposed the concrete mode of medical humanities education, to promote the theory and practical innovation of medical humanistic education.This paper was divided into five parts: The first part of this paper introduced the research background, meanings, ideas and methods and research status from domestic and abroad. The second part of the paper cleared the related concepts and theories of medical humanistic education mode. The second part defined concepts of medical humanistic education and medical humanistic education mode. And analyzed the base of the medical humanistic education and guiding ideology of structuring medical humanistic education mode. The third part analyzed medical humanistic education situation at home and abroad. This part operated investigation and analysis of medical humanistic education of our part medical colleges. On the base of considering school type and area, chose Guangxi Medical University, Chongqing Medical University, Norman Bethune College of Medicine Jilin University, Medical College of Wuhan University, Binzhou Medical University, and gathered the questionnaire information from the part of the medical students in the five universities ,and then we realized that medical students' humanistic quality condition and medical colleges humanistic education were not so optimistic, and medical students had strong desire and urgent requirement to improve their humane quality, so the reform is imperative. Meanwhile, it analyzed typical medical humanistic education mode of developed countries, put forward the available places. The fourth part constructed system mode of medical humanities education. It proposed that constructing the medical humanistic education mode which in medical humanities core course system and medical humanistic education practical system as the centers. Medical humanities core course system included academic research construction, teachers team construction and medical humanities core curriculum. Medical humanistic education practical system included club activities, social practice and medical service practice three aspects of content. The fifth part was the conclusion of the paper, it was the retrospect and prospect of the study. |
