The right to life and health is the most basic right of everyone.Medical treatment is a science dedicated to maintaining people’s life and health.Therefore,as a special industry,it has become the focus of public attention.Nowadays,the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship has aroused the common concern of all sectors of society,which is not only related to the quality of medical care,but also has a far-reaching impact on social harmony and stability.The causes are complicated;In addition to the imperfect medical system and high demand for medical treatment,the lack of professional ethics and low humanistic quality of medical workers are also important factors in the tension between doctors and patients.It reflects the lack of medical humanistic quality education in China.Medical education is more and more focused on research,and the humanistic value of medical courses has become the focus of social attention.How to cultivate medical talents with both political integrity and ability has become an urgent problem in medical colleges and universities.According to the policy of "new medical reform" in 2009 and the requirements of deepening the medical system reform,updating the medical education mode and establishing a medical environment rich in humanistic spirit in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,this paper is based on the requirements of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.This paper discusses the necessity of carrying out humanistic quality education in Inner Mongolia medical college undergraduates.Now the education and medical system in Inner Mongolia has realized the importance of humanistic quality education for medical students and taken practical actions,but there are still some problems in the reform process.For example,medical colleges attach much more importance to the professional skills of proofreading than to the cultivation of students’ humanistic quality.Campus culture is not strong;Lack of humanistic education during student internship;Medical students do not pay enough attention to humanities courses and cannot give full play to their subjective initiative.A series of defects have restricted the development process of medical education.If medical humanistic quality education is to be promoted to a higher level,it is necessary to pay attention to the following points:firstly,it is necessary to change the fixed ideology of "skills above all" and update the educational concept.Secondly,innovate the way of humanistic quality education,absorb and learn from other excellent elements of medical culture.Third,to strengthen the construction of campus culture,the first classroom and the second classroom play a role together.Finally,we should attach importance to the humanistic quality education of medical students during their internship,and establish the concept of "benevolent people love others".Only all-round joint efforts can optimize medical education in Inner Mongolia and provide valuable research paths and countermeasures for improving medical students’ humanistic quality education.
