Study On Humanistic Quality Education For Medical Students

Medicine is both natural sciences and humanities dual attributes of a science, not only requires to master superb medical skills, but also still ask to have higher humanistic quality, which is determined by its occupation particularity decided. But for a long time, we attach great importance to medical education and neglect the education of humanistic quality for medical students, which lead to the shortage of humanistic quality of medical students. Therefore, we should strengthen the education of humanity quality in medical students to develop them with higher humanistic quality. It has vital significance to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and harmonious society.The article consists of four parts:the first is introduction, which states the interrelated concepts of humanistic quality education for medical students, backgrounds and importance of topics, the status and methods of research, and the innovation of the article. The second part is the introduction of humanistic quality education for medical students, which analyses the status and the problems of humanistic quality education in students of medical colleges from conceptions, courses, teachers, students and other aspects. It provides ideas to formulate the humanities quality education in medical college. The third part is analysis of the reasons why medical students' humanistic quality education is lagging behind. It analyses the reasons from the aspects of society, education policy makers, executors and medical students themselves. The last part is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen humanistic quality education for medical students, which focus on the status and problems of humanistic quality education. This part is also the point of the article.
