The Current Situation Of Humanistic Education At Medical Colleges And Thinking Of Countermeasures

The goal of this paper is to achieve the innovation of quality education in humanities at medical colleges and enhance humanistic quality of medical Students. It studies from Fujian Medical University by variety of research approaches such as literature method, survey method and comparison method etc. First, It demonstrates the essential meaning of quality education in medical humanities,then points out the importance of it at medical colleges, moreover, studies the current condition of foreign quality education in humanities.To conclude them, There are some fresh points below it:In horizon, Promoting Liberal Education and Highlighting balanced development; In vertical, Going through medical education and fulfilling lifelong development; In feature, Updating it with medical humanities continuously. In practice, Emphasizing on the relationship between doctor and patient for healthful interactive. Meanwhile, it analyses the result of investigation about humanistic quality at Fujian Medical University and shows the common sense of quality education in humanities at Chinese Medical colleges. It is proposed that the solution of quality education in humanities at medical college:Changing the mind and faith of traditional education and Strengthening the leading of quality education in medical humanities; Reforming the current humanistic classes and building the reasonable structure of humanistic classes; Powering the strength of teachers and enhancing the humanistic quality of teachers; Renewing the teaching way on medical humanistic classes and emphasizing on practice of medical humanities; Promoting integration medicine with humanities and setting up the system of lifelong learning on medical humanities; Sharing the resource of complex universities and changing the model of independent education.
