Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effects of scrapping specific point in treatment of pediatric fever caused by common cold, it may provide a simple and feasible clinical treatment method for children’s common cold.Methods:Choose60children patients who were consistent with the diagnostic criteria to this experiment, according to random number tables were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by conventional treatment (Antiviral and symptomatic treatment, and added antibacterial treatment while patient’s white blood cells was higher than10.0×109/L).The treatment group was treated by conventional treatment, cooperated with the treatment of specific scrapping specific point(Tri-pass Line, Six-fu Line, HRW Line);3days for a period of treatment. By comparing the two group of temperature and the changes of the overall effect, evaluated the clinical effects by the treatment of scrapping specific point. Results:The antifebrile effect’s time of the treatment group was shorter than control time (P<0.05), the treatment group effect’s time of4.47±2.93hours, the control group effect’s time of6.57±3.50hours; The treatment group temperature drops to the normal time was shorter than in control group (P<0.05); the overall effect between the two groups have no obvious difference (P>0.05), including the clinical effective rate of treatment group was86.7%and the rate of control group was83.3%; After30minutes treatment of scrapping, the temperature have fallen compared before (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the scrapping specific point in treatment of common cold can shorten the antifebrile effect’s time and restore normal temperature of time, can assist pediatric common cold treatment and have positive clinical significance.
