The Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Sang Ge Granule In Treating Children With Wind-Heat Type Common Cold

Objective:Through the clinical observation,the clinical curative effect of Sangge granule in treating children with wind-heat type common cold was evaluated objectively,which provided a wider way of thinking and method for the treatment of children with wind-heat type common cold;Meanwhile,train and improve my clinical thinking ability and scientific research ability.Methods:In this study,the children with wind-heat type common cold who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(Sangge granule group)and control group(Xiaoer Ganmao granule group)by digital random grouping method,each group shall have no less than 30 of final effective cases,the two groups were treated for a course of 4 days.The curative effect of the groups and the intergroup curative effect were statistically analyzed according to corresponding mathematical statistical method,the clinical efficacy of Sangge granule was evaluated objectively and truthfully.Results: Sangge granule can obviously improve the symptoms of nasal congestion,turbid runny,cough,cough up phlegm,diet reduction,thirst by wind-heat cold in children.(1)After treatment,the symptoms and signs of the observation group and the control group were improved(P < 0.05).(2)The total effective rate was 90.6% in the observation group and 86.7%in the control group,suggesting that the observation group was superior to the control group in treating this disease(P<0.05).(3)The observation group in improving children with wind-heat type common cold general syndrome,the main syndrome was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the two groups in improving the secondary syndrome was the same(P>0.05).(4)In the two groups in improving children with wind-heat type common cold degree of nasal obstruction,turbid snot,observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),while in terms of improvement of sore throat and pharyngeal congestion,curative effects of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).(5)The observation group in improving children with wind-heat type common cold cough,cough up phlegm,thirst and diet reduction is better than that in control group(P<0.05),while in improving urine yellow,dry stool,fever and lip color,curative effects of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).(6)Both groups were effective in improving the abnormal of WBC,NEU%,LYM%,SAA,hs-CRP(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).(7).During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the observation group,and 1 case mild diarrhea and 1 case of nausea in the control group.There was no statistical significance in whether adverse reactions were caused in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sangge granule is effective in the treatment of children with wind-heat ccold.It is effective in improving nasal congestion,turbid runny,cough,cough up phlegm,diet reduction and thirst,and has no obvious adverse reaction.At the same time,through this project,I have trained and improved my clinical thinking ability and scientific research ability.
