World Health Organization claimed that according to the present trend of the incidence of cancer, the incidence of cancer in the world will increase50%in2020. The number of cancer patients will reach15million by year. The incidence of cancer is relatively high in developed countries. It is mainly due to environmental pollution, life stress, poor eating habits. The incidence is low in developing countries, but the important problem is that80%of patients found late. Once cancer patients are diagnosed later period, they will face a variety of stressful situations. On the one hand it is from the body, disease and medical uncertainty,and physical condition is deteriorating, and death threats increasing. On the other hand, pressure from families the communication with family, the motion of guilt to the family caused by the burden. Terminal cancer patients encounter a lot of unimaginable problems. The problem is psychology of fear, anger, despair and helplessness knowing that death is an inevitable fact, other than the basic problems of medical aid and economic deprivation. The article focuses on how to improve the quality of life of terminal cancer patients.In this paper, the questionnaire survey and case interviews is used to analyze the social support network conditions with terminal cancer patients. The patients who are surveyed are in Changchun City and the surrounding city and rural areas. The content of survey is divided into three aspects of information. The first aspect is the basic situation of the patients, such as age, marital status, cancer type, and the economic level and mental state. The second aspect is that patients receive formal social support.such as, the Government, the community support conditions. The third aspect is about informal social support, the support status of the blood, geographical, industry contact. Through these three areas of investigation, analysis the living conditions of terminal cancer patients and lack of support status of emotion, information, tools, to make recommendations and solutions that build perfect social support network to provide better hospice for cancer patients...
