In 1985,China discovered the first case of HIV-infected people.As of June 30,2018,about 820,756 cases of HIV-infected and AIDS-related people were reported nationwide.With the advent of the new media era,the Internet has become the main means for AIDS patients to seek social support.This study adopts content analysis method and social network analysis method,and takes the virtual community of microblog,WeChat and QQ group as the research object,and analyzes the social support information category and social support network.The study is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction.The second part selects the virtual community of HIV-infected people in Weibo,the live chat group of HIV-infected people and the WeChat"Li Hui Space Time,"public number as the research object,determine the research questions,and carry out sample selection and research design.The third part is the research findings,using quantitative methods to analyze the social support information exchange of the virtual community of HIV-infected people in Weibo and the interactive structure of the information network.The fourth part proposes improvement suggestions based on three different social support interaction characteristics.The fifth part summarizes the research.The study found that the social support network in the virtual community is mainly supported by several members located at the center.The closer the members exchange information to the center of the network,the more information exchanged.The more social information the forum members receive.There is a correlation between the type of membership and the level of activity of members.Therefore,individuals must actively participate in community discussions in order to obtain more kinds of social support in the virtual community;the community should also take measures to encourage members to post more posts,and external means to enhance the sense of identity among members.This study provides a theoretical guide for disadvantaged groups on how to improve their social support in the online community.It also provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of similar groups of vulnerable groups and online communities. |
