In recent years, AIDS related issues have attracted more and more attention.Quite a few scholars found that social support gives rise to positive influence on the health of individuals. Network space, as a new medium for the study of social support HIV / AIDS patients received, could not be ignored for its vital role. Selecting a new perspective,this research carries out the study on social support of cyberspace, in the new era of "Internet plus" background.This study comprises of five parts: Part one is introduction. Part two determined research questions, sample selection and research design. Part Three illustrated the social support information exchange of "HIV" and the interactive structure of the information network on the basis of analyzing “HIV” bar in the quantitative manner. Part four put forward the improvement suggestion to the social support interactive featured on "HIV". Part five was the summary of the research.The analysis demonstrates that social support requests are far more frequent than social support provisions. Information support, compared with emotional and instrumental support, is the most frequently requested and provided type of social support. Seeking advice and reference, providing guidance and solutions are the most common categories of informational social support. In the Badu “HIV Bar”, the social support network is mainly composed of five core members. The closer to the center of social support network, the more frequently social support exchanged and larger size information is. Most members are in edge position of the social support network, only receiving but not providing social support. "HIV Bar" overall cohesion is poor, members in the social support network center have strong core and influence; members with intermediary are seriously less, and the degree of control to others is low. Members at the edge of the network are not easy to be controlled by others due to strong independence. The distribution structure of the whole network is diverse, the cohesion of small groups is low, and the exchange of social support information is not easy. According to the analysis results, the author puts forward the suggestions that the system security, policy support, topic attraction be improved to promote the exchange of social support effectively.
