Studies have found that in the course of treatment at home, Hospice palliative care patients is difficult to apply Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of need judgment, their demand for community support only the physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs and the need to respect, neither is also difficult to achieve self-actualization needs hierarchy. Hospice nursing therapy patients in rural, cancer patients are often considered to be " Not lucky people", were acquaintances, and even alienation, abandoning his family. Why the lack of fulfilment of needs?
