Research On The Interference Of Anziheji About Luteal Phase Defeat

Objective:Through observe the the interference of Anziheji about ovarian Luteal Phase defeat(LPD).Such as the clinical symptoms, progesterone levels and fundamental temperature (BBT).To investigate the role of progesterone ovarian function intervention and discusses its mechanism, To provide a new way for traditional Chinese medicine for LPD.Methods:1.Literature study:summarize the LPD from name, pathogenesis and treatment by the traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicines. Sum-up the advantages and methods of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to treat LPD. Present the approach and bases of the reach, by reviewing these literatures.2. Clinical research:60cases of LPD of kidney-spleen deficiency or combined with lier constraint were chosen and randomly divided into2groups:group A is treated with Anziheji,125ml, bid, po; group B is treated with Diquyuntong,10mg, bid, po.(Both groups use the drug in luteal phase for two weeks); three menstrual cycle made up one course of treatment. Observe the before and after treatment and fundamental temperature curve of the sex hormone changes, and rating symptoms.Results:(1) Effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome:30Anziheji patients recovery rate was23.33%, the significant efficiency46.67%, effective rate of23.33%, with the total effective rate of93.33%; The control group30patients recovery rate was13.33%, the significant efficiency53.33%, effective rate of16.67%, with the total effective rate of83.33%, two groups of comparisons group than in the control groups(P<0.05).(2) Serum sex hormones progesterone:two groups before treatment P>0.05, no statistical difference comparable; In the group after treatment after statistics test, the two groups were markedly improved integral, compared with before treatment are significant (P<0.05), two groups of curative effect almost.(3) BBT:The curve of the central BBT group improvement rate respectively were78.57%,85.71%,50.00%,40.00%.(4) The total curative effect:group of patients with30cases:recovery rate was23.33%, the rate of70.00%, the total effective rate was93.33%; The control group of30cases, recovery rate was10.00%, the rate of73.33%, the total effective rate was83.33%, two groups of comparisons group than in the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: The therapy of Anzi Decoction is effective and safety for LPD patients, which can improve clinical symptoms、the curve on abnormal BBT and hormone level at the same time.Worth clinical application.
