A Clinic Research Of Anziheji Treating Threatened Abortion And The Effect Of Anziheji To Serrum CA125 Level

Objective: Via clinical observing and monitoring serum sex hormones including estrogen(E₂), progestin (P),β—human chorionic gonadotropin (β—HCG ) ,we explore the effect of AnZiHeJi treating the first-trimester threatened abortion women with deficiency of kidney and spleen,heat in blood and blood stasis.and find out the alteration in patients with the first trimester threatened abortion by monitoring the serum CA125 level,to determine the value of serum CA125 in prediction of the first-trimester threatened abortion.Method: 60 cases of deficiency of kidney and spleen,heat in blood and blood stasis the first-trimester threatened abortion women were classified randomly into two groups,the former as treatment group (30 patients) and the latter as comparison group (30 patients).Three weeks made up one course of treatment.The amelioration of clinical symptoms, sex hormones including E₂,P,β—HCG ,the B ultrasonic inspecting of pregnancy bursa and serum Cancer antigen 125 were determined before and after treatment between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.0%. It was equal to that in comparison group.They have the same effect in amelioration of clinical symptoms ,E₂,P,β-HCG and the B ultrasonic monitoring of pregnancy bursa (P>0.05) . Compared with pre-treatment, after treatment, levels of serum CA125,the succeeds depress significantly, while the failure can not depress.The treatment group's heal rate is 30.0%,mending rate is 60.0%,the total effective rate is 90.0%.The comparison group's heal rate is 26.7%,mending rate is 66.7%,the total effective rate is 93.3% (P>0.05) .Conclusion: AnZiHeJi has the significant effect in treating the deficiency of kidney and spleen,heat in blood and blood stasis first-trimester threatened abortion.It has the same curative effect with the comparison,can both of them improve the clinical symptom, elevate the levels of sex hormones, and decrease the level of serum CA125.Monitoring of the serum CA125 level has definitely clinical value in evaluating the risk of threatened abortion.
