The Rearch On Clinical Experience Of Famouse Traditional Chinese Doctor Tang Kunhua Therapy On Infertility Of The Type Of Luteal Phase Defect

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver method on infertility of the type of lufeal phase defect(LPD) treated by famouse traditional Chinese medicine doctor Tang Kunhua,analyzing and probing the clinical experience of Tang Kunhua's therapy on infertility of the type of LPD.Method:50 cases suffering from infertility of the type of luteal phase defect in out-patient clinic which were treated by famouse traditional Chinese medicine doctor Tang Kunhua of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM during January 2008 to March 2009 were selected.50 cases of patients were given toniC,the kidney and smoothe the liver therapy on oral decoction of Chinese medicine(A month for a course,observation of three courses).Through obseryate the improve of clinical symptoms,the improve of basal body temperature(BBT) curve.the reconciliation of serum level of sex hormounes and final pregnancy,to evaluation the general clinical efficacy of tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver therapy treated on infertility:of the type of LPD analysis the clinical experience of Tang Kunhua's treatment of this disease.Results:50 cases of patient's score of the menstrual cycle,volume,color before and after the treatment compared is significantly decreased(P＜0.05),has statistics differences,show that tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver therapy can correct pre-menstrual caused by LPD,regulate the volume and color of the menstrual.50 cases of patients with Chinese medicine syptom score before and after the treatment compared is significantly decreased(P＜0.05),show that tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.The rate of symptom improvement analysis show that tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver therapy can improve all kinds of clinical symptom caused by LPD,the improvement rate of weakness in back and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,lack of sexual desire,upset cause by hot feeling,shortness of breath and lazy talking,irritability is more than 75.0%.After treatment,the BBT curve was improved,the improvement rate of climbing type,bad type,the degration of abnormal luteal-type,short luteal phase type is separately 80.0%,58.3%,80.0%,77.8%,the total improvement rate is 74.0%.20 cases of patient's serum sex hormone of T,E₂,LH,FSH,P levels before and after treatment compared(P＜0.05),has statistics differences,show that tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver therapy can decreased serum T level,effectively improve the level of serum E₂,correct the relatively low serum level of LH,and correct the serum LH,FSH levels.10 cases of patients have finally pregnant,pregnancy rate is 20%.General clinical efficacy:cure rate is 20%,improvementrate is 70%,inefficient isl0%,total effective rate is 90%.Pregnancy patients without a case had abortion during follow up 3 months.Conclusion:The clinical effect of tonify the kidney and smoothe the liver method on infertility of the type of lufeal phase defect(LPD) treated by famouse traditional Chinese medicine doctor Tang Kunhua is significant.Tonify This therapy can correct pre-menstrual caused by LPD,regulate the volume and color of the menstrual,improve the BBT curve,revise serum sex hormone of T,E₂,LH,FSH,P levels pregnancy rate is 20%,total effective rate is 90%. The clinical experience of famouse tradinional Chinese medicine doctor Tang Kunhua therapy on infertility of the type of LPD has a good guide and promote clinical application value.
