Objectives: For Urumqi third-grade class A hospitals of nurses overall quality ofthe current situation, the survey results provide a theoretical basis for hospital care andhuman resource allocation and care management. Method:Questionnaire,thequestionnaire is divided into self-assessment and assessment (matron ratings) two kindsof sampling, four of the Xinjiang region of the three clinical departments of generalhospitals, extract sections involving17departments, and then drawn sections of allnursesinvestigation, nurses, self-assessment and matron of her assessment resultscorrespond to SPSS17.0for statistical analysis. Result:1065nurses,Han840(78.9%),minority225(21.1%); in preparing the267(25.1%), non-Code798(74.9%); unmarried574(accounting for53.9%), married without children178(16.7%), married withchildren313(29.4%); the first academic secondary school nurses535(50.2%), college437(41.0%), undergraduate,93(8.7%); final academic secondary school nurses245(23.0%), college643(60.4%), undergraduate and177(16.6%);704titles nurses(66.1%),249nurse practitioners (23.4%), charge nurse and102(9.6%), deputydirector of the nurse and10(0.9%); length of service less than or equal to5years583(54.7%)6-10-271(25.4%),11-15years,82(7.7%)16-20years,42people (3.9%)more than20years,87(8.2%);340people younger than25years of age (%of your31.9%) of25-29year-old440(41.3%)30-39184(17.3%), aged40years and more than101people (accounting for9.5%).(2) Nurses self-assessment results: age, the ultimatedegree, job title, seniority, nurses quality influencing factors. Matron her assessmentresults: Final education, comprehensive quality of the nurses, the titles exist; differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The relevant departments should begiven enough attention, low seniority nurses to take effective measures to enhance the overall quality of nurses, managers to the rational allocation of human resources, tomobilize the different levels of nurses work to master the management skills, stable careteam to prevent the brainloss and job burnout.
