Investigation And Analysis On The Use Status Quo Of Specilty Nurses In Third-grade General Hospitals In Shanxi Province

Objective:This study aims to understand the status quo of the use of specialist nurses in third-grade hospitals in Shanxi province by means of questionnaires.Through explore and analyze the main influencing factors of the use of specialist nurses,find out the problems in the use of specialist nurses,and to put forward the methods and strategies to improve the main work and responsibilities of specialist nurses,to promote the development of specialist care and to meet the community's needs for specialist nurses to provide targeted recommendations.Methods:This research use of literature analysis to develop the use of specialist nurses questionnaires draft,through the Delphi method of 22 experts in two rounds of correspondence to determine the prediction questionnaires.A total of 300 nurses of three general hospitals in Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province were selected as the pre-survey subjects.The final entries were established by pre-survey and revised.Taking the convenience sampling method,450 specialist nurses of ten general hospitals in Shanxi province were investigated by means of network survey.SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze and deal with the data.Results:1.The evaluation questionnaires for assessing the usage of specialist nurses,according to the exploratory factor analysis of the final construction of the five dimensions,37 items composed of evaluation tools,the reliability of Cronbach'a coefficient of 0.964,half confidence is 0.743,The retest reliability is 0.936,with good reliability and validity.2.The use of specialist nurses in Shanxi Province,the survey results show that: the use of specialist nurses score lower score,the overall use of specialist nurses is not ideal.The highest score of clinical practice was used in each dimension,and the score of research and counseling was the lowest.3.whether the regression analysis,training assessment methods,whether the use of non-hierarchical nurses,whether the promotion of specialist nurses title,performance evaluation policy support,whether the training assessment papers defense,whether or not specialist nurses continue education and training,training,Humanistic curriculum settings have an impact on the total score.Which specialist nurses whether the use of stratification,whether the promotion of specialist nurses title,performance appraisal policy support for the use of specialist nurses score has a higher explanatory power.Conclusion:1.The evaluation tool has a good scientific and practical,for the management of the status of specialist nurses to provide a basis for the work,is conducive to better management of specialist nurses,to play a greater role.2.The use of specialist nurses in Shanxi Province is not ideal,and its factors relates to training assessment methods and hospital management.It is recommended to regulate the training and assessment of specialist nurses,as soon as possible the introduction of specialist nurses use and management programs.
