ObjectiveIn order to get known the sub-health status and some possible influencing factorsof nurses in some Class Ш hospitals in Suzhou city and provide a scientific basis for thenursing staff of sub-health prevention.MethodsExtracted about1000clinical nurses working for more than one year from11clinical departments of4Class Ш hospitals by using secondary cluster samplingmethod. We acknowledged the sub-health status and influencing factors of nurses inhospitals by way of questionnaires.We established the database after a careful readingof the survey and analyzed the data after repeated examination and then released somestrategies and measures for sub-health in nurses.ResultsThe survey shows that the incidence of sub-health in nurses was90.98%and thehigher score of behavior lifestyle factors and working class factors, the more severe thedegree of sub-health state (P=22.79,P<0.0001; P=22.04,P<0.0001). The factors offamily class on the impact of different levels of sub-health state didn’t show anydifference (P=2.51,P>0.05). For the individual level, the higher score of anxiety anddepression, the lower score of self-affirmation will make sub-health more serious.For sub-health protection factor, subjective support and support utilization madedifference in the sub-health state (P=6.68,P<0.05; P=12.11,P<0.0001). The higherscore of a positive response to things, the lower degree of sub-health will be(P=13.05,P<0.0001).ConclusionThe survey showed that the incidence of sub-health state in nurses was90.98%.Job title and job for nurses affect the state of sub-health. Among those, age between30 to49years, the junior nurse and charge nurse, three shifts of nurses and beds nursessub-health state are more serious than the other nurses. Risk factors were mainly theworking class behavior and lifestyle factors from the community level perspective, andanxiety, depression and self-affirmation risk factors from individual perspective.Protective factors were mainly subjective support and support utilization positively.
