Objective: Developed the Questionnaire of Clinical Nurses' Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior(KAP)of Enteral Nutrition Therapy for Acute Pancreatitis, which has been tested and has good reliability and validity,to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of enteral nutrition therapy for acute pancreatitis of clinical nurses in Lanzhou Grade ?,Class A hospitals. An analysis concerning the current status and influencing factors of the knowledge, attitude and behavior of enteral nutrition for acute pancreatitis of clinical nurses in Lanzhou Grade ?,Class A hospitals was studied.Provision of reference and basis for relevant management in departments to formulate related management measures and specialized training plans in the future.Methods:1.Used the literature review search method and discuss through the subject research group to build the questionnaire entries pool. The focus group interview method was used to form the first draft of the initial questionnaire.Using the Delphi expert inquiry method, the initial questionnaire was determined after two rounds of expert inquiry.Through a small sample survey, the questionnaire was revised and perfected to form the first draft of the formal questionnaire.Reliability and validity test methods are used to test the questionnaire's stability, internal consistency, structural rationality,to form a formal questionnaire.2.Used the self-developed Questionnaire of Clinical Nurses' Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior(KAP)of Enteral Nutrition Therapy for Acute Pancreatitis,to survey a total of 631 clinical nurses in the Department of Gastroenterology,General Surgery and Intensive Care Unit of eight Grade ?,Class A hospitals in Lanzhou with the objective sampling method.3.Collected and organized data, and used SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the data statistically. For the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire, the reliability of the questionnaire is evaluated using internal consistency reliability and retest reliability.Theexpert validity method is used to evaluate the content validity of the questionnaire, and the principal component extraction method is used to carry out exploratory factor analysis using the rotation load matrix to evaluate the structure validity of the questionnaire. For the data of the status quo survey, scores were expressed as mean and standard deviation(sx ±).Furthermore, some categorical data were described by number of cases as a percentage(%).The independent sample t-test,one-way analysis of variance, and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge, attitude, and behavior scores.Results:1.Questionnaire compilation and reliability and validity test: The Questionnaire of Clinical Nurses' Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior(KAP)of Enteral Nutrition Therapy for Acute Pancreatitis contains 47 entries in three dimensions. The overall Cronbach's ?-coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.826,and the Cronbach's ?-coefficient of knowledge, attitude and behavior were 0.707,0.825 and 0.813,respectively.The retest reliability correlation coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.896(P <0.05).S-CVI / Ave is 0.97 and S-CVI / UA is 0.85.I-CVI is between 0.80~1.00.Through the exploratory factor analysis, four common components were extracted(the knowledge part contains two common components, the attitude part contains a common component, and the behavior part contains a common component),which can explain 58.631% of the total variation.2.General survey information: the age of the surveyed subjects is between 20 and 54 years old, with an average age of 30.75 ± 5.91 years;of which there are 23 men and 608women;the working age is 1 year to 32 years, with an average working age of 8.20 ± 5.82Years;the professional working age is from 1 year to 30 years, with an average professional working age of 6.29 ± 4.73 years.42.16%(266/631)of clinical nurses had not participated and taken part in any professional training in these past two years.73.53%(464/631)of clinical nurses said they lacked special training opportunities.20.92%(132/631)of the departments mainly use syringe injection method, less than 30% of the departments use enteral nutrition peristaltic pump to give enteral nutrition treatment;3.Enteral nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of clinical nurses in acute pancreatitis of Lanzhou Grade ?,Class A hospitals: acute pancreatitis enteral nutrition knowledge scores, the lowest 2 points, the highest 16 points, the average score(8.45 ± 2.26),Conversion score(52.79 ± 14.15),pass rate 31.70%;attitude minimum score 32 points, maximum score 80 points, average score(57.92 ± 7.78),conversion score(72.40 ± 9.72),pass rate 93.19%;behavioral minimum score 19 points. The highest score is 58 points, theaverage score was(43.29 ± 6.44),the converted score was(72.14 ± 10.73),and the pass rate was 90.17%.4.The analysis of influencing factors of enteral nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior for acute pancreatitis of clinical nurses showed that the push of hospital affiliation, the years of professional work and the department on enteral nutrition scores of acute pancreatitis were statistically significant(P<0.05);hospital affiliation, the years of professional work and positional title had a significant difference in the impact of clinical nurses on acute pancreatitis enteral nutrition attitude scores(P<0.05).The effect of professional training and skill in the number of working years on enteral nutritional behavioral scores of acute pancreatitis in the clinical nurses for the past two years was statistically significant(P<0.05).The status of specialist training in the past 2 years and the years of professional work on the enteral nutritional behavior scores of acute pancreatitis in clinical nurses was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that hospital affiliation and departments were independent factors affecting the enteral nutrition knowledge score of acute pancreatitis in clinical nurse;professional titles and total knowledge scores were independent factors affecting the enteral nutrition attitude score of acute pancreatitis in clinical nurse as well, professional titles and knowledge scores were positively correlated with the enteral nutrition attitude scores of acute pancreatitis in clinical nurse(B = 1.162,P<0.05;B = 0.369,P<0.05);The status of specialist training in the past 2 years, total knowledge scores and attitude scores were independent factors affecting the enteral nutrition behavior score of acute pancreatitis in these clinical nurses. The status of specialist training in the past 2 years is positively correlated with the enteral nutrition behavior scores of acute pancreatitis in clinical nurse(B = 1.859,P<0.05)The total knowledge scores and attitude scores were positively correlated with the enteral nutrition behavior scores of acute pancreatitis in clinical nurse(B = 0.301,P<0.05;B = 0.606,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Questionnaire of Clinical Nurses' Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior(KAP)of Enteral Nutrition Therapy for Acute Pancreatitis in this study has good consistency and measurement stability, reasonable structure setting, good professionalism and scientificity. The questionnaire can be used as a survey tool for this status quo survey.2.The clinical nurses of Grade ?,Class A hospitals in Lanzhou have good attitude and behavior level for enteral nutrition therapy in acute pancreatitis, but the specialist knowledge has not been updated in time, the knowledge level is low,and it needs urgentimprovement. There is a general situation of non-standard enteral nutrition treatment in various hospitals.Different hospital affiliations and departments are the main influencing factors of clinical nurses 'acute pancreatitis enteral nutrition knowledge scores.Nurses in the intensive care unit and military affiliated hospitals have good knowledge, low clinical nurse specialty training rates, and the lack of specialized training opportunities are common.Professional titles and total knowledge scores are the main influencing factors of clinical nurses' acute pancreatitis enteral nutrition attitude scores. The higher the nurse's knowledge scores and the higher the professional title, the more positive her attitude is.The specialty training situation in the past two years, total knowledge score and total attitude score are the main influencing factors of clinical nurses' behavior scores. The level of knowledge and attitude of nurses directly affects the level of behavior.
