Purpose:Vertigo is a clinical common diseease, This subject proposed by addition and subtraction Wendan treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency (VBI) vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) traetment and related clinical examination of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency (VBI) vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) in the pathogenesis, prosodes phlegm, qi and blood circulation,Xifeng Zhixuan method is prevention of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo(phlegm in the resistance-type) of the basic methods, and explore the initial mechanisms of action,on the improve clinical treatment and reduce the relapse rate and to provide ideas to prevent cerebrovascular disease.Method:Will meet the criteria for inclusion of this vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) patients,52patients were randomly divided into treatment group (modified Wen Dan decoction) and control group (Si belium group), treatmentgroup28cases,24cases in the control group were compared. Two group were treated with at the same time, the treatment group was treated with addition and subtraction Wendan decocition, soup modified Wen Dan drugs: Breit, Zhuru, citrus aurantium, orange peel, licorice root, Poria, Chinese angelica, Chuanxiong, Atractylodes, Alisma, take one dose a day, each time taking200ml, twice, morning and evening to take; the West than in the control groups were treated for2weeks. Two groups before treatment of sex, age, duration, tongue, pluse, underlying diseases, clinical and other basic data points were compared by statistical anysis no significant diference (P>0.05), shows no significant difference between the two groups have comparability. According to the clinical efficacy of treatment, evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, blood lipids, blood vessels supplying the brain as well as the change of blood rheology were assessed for statistical analysis and evaluation and then the validity of conclusions. Results:Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two croups:treatment group, total efficacy rale of85.7%, compared with the control grou[there as significant difference (P<0.01), shows a signifcant treatment group than the control group: to improve the TCM in the treatment group, the total efficiency of92.4%, thean the control group (P<0.05), improvement in the objective indicators:regulation of blood lipids in this side, lower blood viscosity, improve hemodynamics; increase in vertebral-based blood flow and reduce vascular resistance, improve cerebral blood flow, cerebral ischemia correct, compared with the control group were signifcantly different (P<0.05), but in the control of blood pressure and fasting blood glucose side effects is not obvious. Conclusion:Modified Wen Dan soup in clinical symptoms, syndromes, blood lipids, blood supply to the brainmand blood rheology has s significant effect on the overall efficiency of clinical efficacy, TCM The total effective rate, bloodlipids and hemorheology in terms of improving compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05), blood in rhe brain compared with the control group no significant diffence in the safety of observation, no significant differences in the two groups. Modified Wen Dan soup seen in the clinical treaatment of vertigo Tang played a good effect.
