Purpose:The subject of clinical effects to be adopted, evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, blood pressure and blood sugar , blood lipids, TCD-related indicators, and the changes of hemorheology to observe the addition and subtraction Banxiabaizhutianma soup of vertebral-basilar artery circulation disorder vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) the clinical efficacy, to explore the vertebral basilar artery circulation disorder (phlegm in the resistance-type) of the Etiology, Pathogenesis and phlegm by silt, qi and blood circulation, Xifeng Zhixuan the prevention and treatment of vertebral-basilar artery circulation disorder (phlegm in the resistance-type) the initial mechanism of action to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the relapse rate and to provide ideas cerebrovascular disease prevention.Method:Will meet the inclusion criteria of the vertebral-basilar artery circulation disorder (phlegm in the resistance type) of 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group, control group), in which the treatment group,26 patients in the control group,24 cases were compared. Two groups were treated at the same time, the treatment group was treated with addition and subtraction Banxiabaizhutianma decoction, take one dose a day, each time taking 200ml, twice, morning and evening to take; the West than in the control group selected Tablets:Each 1,1 night; course of 4 weeks. Two groups before treatment of sex, age, duration, underlying diseases, clinical integration, blood pressure, blood sugar,TCD-related indicators, basic information such as blood rheology were compared by statistical analysis no significant difference (P> 0.05), indicating that the two groups were comparable. According to the clinical efficacy of treatment, evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, TCD-related indicators and hemorheology changes to evaluate the efficacy, further evaluation of the results of statistical analysis of whether there is difference. Results:According to clinical studies, we find:Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups, treatment group, total effective rate of 92.4%, compared with the control group there was significant difference (P<0.01), shows a significant treatment group than the control group:to improve the TCM in the treatment group, the total efficiency of 92.4%, than the control group (P<0.05); improvement in the objective indicators: regulation of blood lipids in this side, lower blood viscosity, improve hemodynamics; increase in vertebral-based blood flow and reduce vascular resistance, improve cerebral blood flow, cerebral ischemia correct, compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05), but in the control of blood pressure and fasting blood glucose side effects is not obvious. Conclusion: This study shows that application of addition and subtraction Banxiabaizhutianma treating vertebral-basilar artery circulation disorder in patients with vertigo can effectively control symptoms, regulating blood fat, improve blood supply to the brain, reducing blood viscosity. Is in line with modern medicine on the vertebral knowledge-based arterial circulation disorders, but also for medicine on the cause of vertigo-dizziness induced sputum silt treatment each node. Description Modified Banxiabaizhutianma treating vertebral basilar artery circulation disorder (phlegm in the resistance type), is worthy of promotion.
