| Purpose:Vertigo is a common disease of modern society, frequently-occurring disease. The research proposed by Zini Qingxuan Decoction treating vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency (VBI) vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) treatment and related clinical examination of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (phlegm in resistance type) in the pathogenesis, proposed phlegm, qi and blood circulation, Xifeng Zhixuan method is prevention of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) of the basic methods, and explore the initial mechanisms of action, on the improve clinical treatment and reduce the relapse rate and to provide ideas to prevent cerebrovascular disease.Method:Will meet the criteria for inclusion of this project vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo (phlegm in the resistance-type) patients,49 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (Zini Qingxuan decoction) and control group (flunarizine group) treatment of 25 patients in the control group,24 cases were compared. A randomized, controlled clinical positive drug parallel study design.The treatment group was treated with Zini Qingxuan decoction, The Components of the soup Zini Qingxuan decoction:Pinellia, Atractylodes, Tianma, Angelica, Chuanxiong, orange, Poria, Viticis, baicalin, berberine, Health keel, raw oysters, magnets, Sunburn licorice. Take a day, each time taking 200ml, twice, morning and evening to take; the mothod in the control group selected Tablets, each one, night 1; course of 4 weeks. Both groups were treated with basic curation in the first 2 weeks. Two groups before treatment of sex, age, duration, tongue, pulse, underlying diseases, clinical and other basic data points were compared by statistical analysis no significant difference (P> 0.05), shows no significant difference between the two groups have comparable sex. According to the clinical efficacy of treatment, evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, blood lipids, blood vessels supplying the brain as well as the change of blood rheology were assessed for statistical analysis and evaluation and then the validity of conclusions.Results:Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:treatment group, total effective rate was 92.0% in the control group, the total effective rate was 79.2%, clinical effects of the two groups, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); in TCM improvement:the treatment group, the total efficiency of 96.0% in the control group, the total efficiency of 83.3%, TCM group total effective compared to treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01), shows the side vertebra-the cause of arterial insufficiency based-the heat of sputum sediment significantly targeted, in line with traditional Chinese medicine on the vertebral-Base artery insufficiency syndrome and disease differentiation ideas. In improving the lipid, the treatment group was statistically significant compared before and after treatment (P<0.05), control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05), between the two groups after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01); in reduced fasting blood glucose (FBG), the two groups was not statistically significant after treatment (P>0.05). That application of heat phlegm, qi and blood circulation regulation of blood lipids in the role of traditional Chinese medicine, but lower fasting blood sugar is not obvious. Our observations show that application of TCD examination after treatment, vertebral artery, basilar artery peak systolic velocity, mean velocity, pulsatility index improvement than before treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group no significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that the application of heat phlegm, qi and blood circulation can increase vertebral medicine-based blood flow and reduce vascular resistance, on the vertebral-Base artery insufficiency there is some improvement. The observations show that:After treatment, blood rheology changes in relevant indicators compared with that before treatment significantly different (P<0.01), and the control group after treatment compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), that application of heat phlegm, qi and blood circulation can effectively improve the blood rheology medicine changes, improve circulation disorder and anti-atherosclerosis. Comparing the two groups no significant differences in adverse conditions (P> 0.05), that Zini Qingxuan safe non-toxic soup of clinical side effects.Conclusion:Zini Qingxuan soup in clinical symptoms, syndromes, blood lipids, blood supply to the brain, and blood rheology has a significant effect on the overall efficiency of clinical efficacy, TCM The total effective rate, blood lipids and hemorheology in terms of improving compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05), blood in the brain compared with the control group no significant difference in the safety of observation, no significant differences in the two groups.
