| Objective: To clinically observe the treatment of patients with vertebralbasal artery insufficiency of phlegm-dampness type vertebral-basal artery vertigo with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture,to clarify its therapeutic effect, and to provide a basis for the effectiveness of the treatment method for this topic.Method: This subject adopts a randomized controlled research method. From January 2020 to June 2020,60 patients in the encephalopathy department of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital are selected, all of whom are diagnosed with VBI vertigo of phlegm-dampness resistance type, according to the random number table. The method was divided into treatment group and control group at a ratio of 1:1.The control group was treated with oral betahistine methosulfate tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment. The treatment cycle was 28 days.Statistical analysis of relevant data was carried out through SPSS25.0 to observe the efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and compare the scores of TCM syndromes, the efficacy of TCM syndromes, and the changes before and after VS and PI indicators. To observe the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture on related indicators of vertebral-basal artery insufficiency of phlegm-dampness type vertigo.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group Decrease more, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of VS: The VS of the two groups of patients was significantly increased after treatment than before, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P>0.05);(4)PI comparison: After treatment, the vascular pulsatility index of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical observation index results indicate that the treatment of VBI vertigo with simple western medicine and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine are effective in treating VBI vertigo, but the curative effect of acupuncture and medicine combination therapy is significantly higher than that of western medicine alone, and it is effective for vertebral-basal artery insufficiency.Active acupuncture and medicine combined treatment for vertigo can effectively reduce the incidence of VBI vertigo, and have obvious effects on the patient’s vertigo disorder and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. The research results show that this topic is safe in the process of treating the disease.,Has the value of further research and promotion. |
