Objective: To observe the clinical effects of early use of invigorating spleen andkidney in Treating hyperthyroidism with leukopenia。 Methods:sixty patients ofhyperthyroidism with leukopenia were divided into treatment group (30cases) andcontrol group (30cases) at random. The treatment group were treated with the herband therapeutic dose Thiamazole Tablets、Likejun pian;the control group were treated withtherapeutic dose Thiamazole Tablets and Likejun pian.After3months，observe thechanges of anxious of symptoms，the Number of Leukocyte，heart rates，the v olumeof goiter and throid function.Results:It is improved that the therapy with early useof benefiting qi and nourishing yin can obvisiously relieve anxious symptopms，reduce theherat rate and minify goiter， increase the number of white blood cells，shorten theduration of leukopenia.The all-around effect of the treatment group is superior to thecontrol group.
