Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism With Leukopenia By Yiqi Shengxue Decoction

Purpose:to make the clinical observation of YIQiShengXue’s treatment of hyperthyroidism with leucocytopenia (asthenia of qi and blood).Methods:divide60patients with hyperthyroidism with leucocytopenia (asthenia of qi and blood) randomly into two groups:treatment group and control group, with30ones in each group. The30ones in the treatment group shall take YiQiShengXue on the basis of methimazole treatment, while the30ones in the control group take the DiYuShengBai Tablets on the basic treatment of methimazole. The two groups, as planned, shall be carried out correlation checks on thyroid function, WBC and NEU and curative effect observations by the classification of syndromes quantitative score.Results:(1) with comparison of thyroid function level (T3, T4, TSH) of the two groups, the variance analysis of grouped data indicates that a significant difference exists in two groups, suggesting that thyroid function decline in treatment group is better than the control group after treatment, that is, the treatment group’s level of thyroid function recover faster.(2) with comparison of WBC and NEU levels of the two groups, the numbers of WBC and NEU had increased in the fourth week after treatment; After treatment, the treatment group’s numbers of WBC and NEU had increased higher than the control group’s, meaning the curative effect of highing WBC and NEU on the treatment group is obviously better than that on the control group.(3) with comparison of TCM syndrome integral of the two groups, using Wilcoxon signed rank and inspection (P>0.05) between group comparison indicates there are differences in syndromes between the treatment group and control group, and integral decline of treatment group was obviously better than the control group, meaning TCM symptoms are improved of the treatment group. (4) the comparison of the two groups’curative effect of TCM syndrome integral, rank and inspection shall be made only to illustrate and make Ridit analysis of two samples compared, R treatment group<R control group, the curative effect rating from "good" to "bad". Those-with a smaller R value obtain better curative effects, so the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:This research suggests that the YiQiShengXue has a sure curative effect in treating hyperthyroidism with leucocytopenia (asthenia of qi and blood), can better improve their TCM symptoms, restore thyroid function level, and improve WBC and NEU.
