Study On TCM Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism Complicated With Leukopenia Clinical Medication

Objective:To explore the core medicine and the rule of compatibility of contemporary Chinese medicine treating the hyperthyroidism complicated with leukopenia.Methods: Through collecting the literatures in the datebase of traditional Chinese medicine of the nearly 20 years for treating the hyperthyroidism complicated with leukopenia,and in search of centralized use of drug and analysis of drug as the key point,counting the frequency of drug-use and the characteristics of drugs by use of the software such as Excel and SPSS.Results: A total of 42 articles were selected,and 99 kinds of the traditional Chinese medicine were used to treat the hyperthyroidism complicated with leucopenia,and the cumulative frequencies were 444 times.Among which,there are 14 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used more than 10 times,the drug category statistics showed that the tonic medicine,heat medicine,blood circulation drugs were used the most frequently,the four gas statistics showed that the temperature,flat,cold,slightly cold were used most frequently,the Five flavors statistics showed that the sweet,bitter,piquancy were used the most frequently,the meridian tropism statistics showed that the meridians of five organs were used the most frequently.Conclusion: The drugs which were used are mainly classified as: tonic type,heat class,blood circulation,reflecting the characteristics of the treatment for both the essence and the surface and the medication methods of supporting healthy energy to eliminate evils when we treat the hyperthyroidism complicated with leucopenia.
