The maximum accepting dosage test was acute toxicity to the medicine. The clinic research indexes are the leukocytes and symptom of the patients. The function of liver and kidney and ECG of the suffers was to find whether the medicine is safe.Result:In experiments, WBC of mice in the JPYRP middle3dosage group, high dosage group, troche group, and Alcohol Batylis group were higher than nature solution group (P0.05). But the obvious effectiveness was different (P<0.05). All of the cases were found no damage to function of liver or kidney or heart.Conclusion:The JPYRP middle dosage, high dosage group and troche group can increase WBC of the mice. It also can advance BMNC of mice, as a result, accelerate the hematopoiesis of marrow and extramedulla. The immunity of depressed mice can be promoted after treatment. The other more, the middle dosage of The JPYRP 0.4OgIml is obviously better than the control medicine Alcohol Batylis. From the result or clinicresearch, the WBC of the cases in treated group can be rapidly raised after cured by The JPYRP. The symptoms can be cleared away speedily. The effect in increasing white blood cells of the JPYRP excels the Alcohol Batylis. The JPYRP can be taken ehronicly for its low toxicity.
