Clinical Observation On Effect Of Danzhixiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism

ObjectiveTo observe the Danzhixiaoyao powder combined with Methyl imidazole tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism(hyperthyroidism)the clinical curative effect,summarize the drug laws,confirmed the effectiveness of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of this disease and science.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,select 60 patients during the period from January 2015 to September 2016 in hospital and outpatient department of endocrinology in Shenzhen Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with methimazole treatment,30 patients in control group were given methimazole tablets in the treatment of.Two groups were treated for a period of 1 months,continuous observation for 6 months,before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs and thyroid function,thyroid size changes,and safety testing.ResultsThe total efficiency,the total effective rate of treatment group 96.7%,control group total effectiveness 86.7%,two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the two groups after treatment symptom scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05),compared the difference between the two groups before and after treatment and the difference is significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment of TCM syndrome integral was better than the control group;the two groups after treatment of thyroid function were significantly improved(TSH,FT3,FT4 increased down)(P<0.05),differences between the two groups before and after treatment and the difference was significant(P<0.05),the treatment group of thyroid function better than the control group;goiter treatment group significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05),the control group had no significant change(P>0.05),compare the difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group goiter Improved significantly better than the control group;the treatment group after treatment of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEUT)showed no significant change(P>0.05),the control group no significant change in ALT(P>0.05)AST,WBC,NEUT,but compared with before treatment the difference was significant(P<0.05);comparison difference between group A and group AST and ALT before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),NEUT and WBC,the comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),but the difference between before and after treatment comparison,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),suggesting that Dan Zhi Xiaoyao Powder can effectively improve liver function but,for the improvement of the blood effect is not obvious.ConclusionDanzhixiaoyao powder in the treatment of hyperthyroidism can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with hyperthyroidism and thyroid function,but also can reduce the adverse reaction of Western medicine,the clinical application is safe and effective for.
