Clinical Curative Effect Of Tonifying Qi And Warming Yang On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children

Objective:To evaluate clinical curative effect of tonifying qi and warming yang formulae on patients with allergic rhinitis due to children under Cetirizine Syrup control. To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of tonifying qi and warming yang formulae to allergic rhinitis in children,for Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis provide new ideas and methods, obtain more about the treatment value in clinic, and exploit more wider future in TCM remedy to allergic rhinitis due to children.Method:Clinical studies:determining children allergic rhinitis diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and the evaluation standard,60objects meeting the standards were chosen and objects were divided into two groups:one group30patients come from three centers that taking orally tonifying qi and warming yang formulae after lunch, twice a day,another group30patients taking orally at bedtime for orally cetirizine. After treatment, they use the before and inter-group comparison to observe the changes of major and side symptoms by accumulated points.Results:1. After4weeks, for the traditional Chinese medicine group, there are appreciable efficient was16.7%(5), efficiency63.3%(19), invalid20%(6); control group:the efficient was40%(20), the efficient was0%(0), efficiency20%(6), invalid80%(24),Statistics proved that after treatment, symptoms and signs of integration than before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group along with TCM symptoms after treatment, chills, eat less, loose stools symptoms showed no significant difference, Description Yiqiwenyang side effect was not obvious in remission accompanied by traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.2.or the accompanied symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine group, there are appreciable efficient was26.7%(8), efficiency50%(15), invalid23.3%(7); control group:the efficient was13.3%(4), efficiency33.3%(10), invalid53.3%(16),Statistics proved that after treatment, symptoms and signs of integration than before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05).3.-4.After treatment, the treatment group, along with Western medicine symptoms compared with upper airway cough syndrome, there are significant differences, indicating that on Yiqi Wenyang side alleviate with airway cough syndrome have a significant effect, other symptom control is not markedly.Conclusion:.The above formulae make great effect on children allergic rhinitis caused by deficiency and coldness of lung and spleen and it has the advantage of systemic symptoms improving, and have nearly toxic action.the advantage of Chinese medical treatment to improve symptoms and side effects of less lasting effect and deserve further study and clinical popularization.
