To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Internal And External Treatment,Tonifying Qi And Warming Yang In Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM therapy of Internal and external treatment,Tonifying Qi.Warming Yang and provide a valid treatment programmes for pe diatric allergic rhinitis.Methods:62 children,aged from 3 to 14 years old and diagnosed with "pulmonar y qi and yang deficiency"type allergic rhinitis from outpatient service of Xiamen Hospit al of T.C,M from January 2017 to August 2017,were equally and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with the therap y of internal and external treatment.tonifying qi and warming yang.taking Yiqitongbi powder orally and moxibusting on Du 20 while the control group was treated with N asonex through nose spraying.The therapeutic course of both groups is one month.Th e total integral,including symptom integral and sign integral.and TCM syndrome integral o f both groups were recorded at the end of the treatment and withdrawl after 3 months.The effect of internal and external treatment.tonifying qi,warming Yang was evaluated af ter data processing and statistics.Results:(1)In the clinical research 62 cases were involved,59 cases completed the th erapy.1 case from observation group and 2 cases from control group were lost during t he research.The rate of drop-out was 4.83%.(2)At the end of the treatment,the total int egral,including symptom integral and sign integral.and TCM syndrome integral of both groups were decreased.The effective rates of total integral of observation group and co ntrol group are 93.33%and 86.20%,respectively.There was no statistically significant di fference between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rates of TCM syndrome integral of observation group and control group are 93.33%and 79.31%,respectively.There wer e statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).(3)3 months after t hewithdrawl.the effective rates of total integral of observation group and control group a re 73.33%and41.37%.respectively.There were statistically significant differences betwe en two groups(P<0.05).The effective rates of TCM syndrome integral of observation grou p and control group are76.66%and 44.82%.respectively.There were statistically signific ant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Concllusion:(1)The TCM therapy of internal and external treatment,tonifying qi and warming yang has the same efficacy as Nasonex in improving total integral while the former one is superior in improving TCM syndrome integral.(2)The long-term follow-up shows that the TCM therapy of internal and external treatment,tonifying qi and warming yang is superior to Nasonex in improving both total integral and TCM syndrome integral.
