Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of The tonifying qi and warming yang therapy medicine treatments for lung and kidney Yang deficiency type Allergic Rhinitis patients and observe the primary symptom of their before and after treatment and whether there is a change.and to observe the the influence of the prescription on RQLQ.Method:Patients respectively from Sichuan province hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and West China Hospital,Sichuan University otolaryngology outpatient,Dividing the 90 Allergic Rhinitis patients conforming to the conditions into the treatment group and the placebo group randomly.50 cases of treatment group,40 cases in the placebo group. Giving the treatment group relieving snot and controlling sneeze decoction while giving the placebo group placebo. Observe and record in the process of treatment in patients with symptoms, signs, VAS, RQLQ integral, and the two groups before and after treatment and compared between groups.Results:Treatment group total effective rate was 98%,and better than that of the placebo group 20%, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The scores of VAS and RQLQ before and after the treatment are obviously improved, p< 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:The tonifying qi and warming yang therapy Represented by relieving snot and controlling sneeze decoction has a good effect on Allergic Rhinitis, And security, and has important clinical significance. While the VAS scale and the patient's quality of life has improved significantly.The treatment effect with the increase of treatment time, curative effect is better.
