Clinical Study Of Tonifying Qi And Warming Yang Medicine Combined With Vitamin D In The Treatment Of Severe Persistent Allergic Rhinitis With Lung-kidney Deficiency

Objective: To explore the effect of tonifying Qi and warming Yang combined with vitamin D in the treatment of severe persistent allergic rhinitis with Lung-Kidney deficiency.Methods : In this study,39 patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis who were consistent with lung-kidney deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,19 in the control group and 20 in the experimental group.Twenty healthy subjects were recruited as normal groups.The control group took the pre-existing problem and confirmed the curative effect of the Sheti zhiqiu formula(according to tonifying Qi and warming Yang treating rule)to avoid the granule treatment.The experimental group took the Sheti zhiqiu formula combined with vitamin D,and the normal group did not interfere.Peripheral blood of three groups of subjects were collected before treatment to detect whether serum 25(OH)D3 levels in patients with allergic rhinitis were different from healthy people.The other two groups used the visual analogue scale(VAS)and the rhinocoujunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)as the subjective efficacy evaluation index for patients with allergic rhinitis.25(OH)D3,total IgE,IFN-?,IL-4 were used as objective laboratory indicators.Results :1.Correlation between vitamin D and allergic rhinitis: The serum 25(OH)D3 content in the normal group was(31.82±11.45)ng/mL,and the serum 25(OH)D3 content in the control group and the experimental group was(22.27±8.81)ng/mL,(24.49±8.95)ng/mL.serum 25(OH)D3 in the normal group was significantly higher than that in the control group and allergic rhinitis patients(P<0.05).There was a correlation between 25(OH)D3 and VAS,RQLQ,total IgE,IFN-? and IL-4 in patients with allergic rhinitis.The correlation coefficients were(rs=-0.343,P=0.032),(r=-0.668,P=0.001),(r=-0.376,P=0.018),(r=0.583,P=0.000),(r=-0.448,P=0.004).2.VAS and RQLQ scores after intervention: Both the control group and the experimental group were able to effectively reduce the VAS and RQLQ scores of patients with AR(P<0.05).The Yiqiyangyang Chinese medicine combined with vitamin D test group was more effective in improving the quality of life of patients with RQLQ,while the VAS score of nasal congestion during follow-up and The VAS total score was also superior to the pure Chinese medicine control group(P<0.05).3.Serum 25(OH)D3: There was no significant difference in serum 25(OH)D3 content between the control group and the test group before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).There were statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).4.Serum total IgE content: There was no significant difference in serum total IgE between the control group and the test group before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical comparison between the groups after treatment.Learning differences(P>0.05).5.Serum IFN-?: There was no significant difference in serum IFN-? between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no comparison between the groups after treatment.Statistical difference(P>0.05).6.Serum IL-4: There was no significant difference in serum IL content between the control group and the test group before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the groups after treatment.Difference(P>0.05).Conclusion :1.There is a certain correlation between serum vitamin D deficiency and the onset of allergic rhinitis;2.Tonifying Qi and warming Yang combined with vitamin D can effectively treat allergic rhinitis,especially to improve patients' quality of life and serum 25(OH)D3 content;3.IFN-? and IL-4 cytokines were regulated in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination group.4.Tonifying Qi and warming Yang combined with vitamin D to improve allergic rhinitis has good safety and high compliance,which is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
