The Built Environment Evaluation Of Hanezhou Zhongshan Middle Road Historic District

Taking user satisfaction as evaluation perspective and research objective, the article takes Zhongshan Road Historic District of Hangzhou as research object. With analysis of the built environment and neighborhood characteristics, the article creates the built environment evaluation model of Historic District. It builds six first order evaluation elements of historic buildings, streets pattern, environmental landscape, neighborhood culture, neighborhood culture, business climate from two levels of built substance environment and social cultural environment, and then expands to twenty second order evaluation elements. The article conducts investigation and analysis the sides of user characteristics, overall satisfaction, first order evaluation elements satisfaction and second order evaluation elements satisfaction with questionnaire for257Indigenous people and tourists. Then obtained the survey results of neighborhood built environment overall satisfaction, evaluation elements satisfaction and impact factor arrangement. At last,Put forward the proposals for elevation satisfaction and promotion protection with analysis of survey results.
