Research About Security Management Model Of Construction Enterprise For Our Country

In recent years, with the increasing development of the market economy, the situation ofsecurity management for the construction enterprise is very grim. Safety incidents occurfrequently, resulting in a large number of casualties, equipment damage, caused tremendouseconomic losses to businesses and the community, and producing a negative social impact.Many reasons are analyzed, including inadequate attention of leadership, safety managementsystem is imperfect, security measures shall not be treated, staff training in place, lack ofbasic safety skills, safety consciousness, chances, lack of investment in safety. At the sametime, I consider the lack of a clear understanding of the root causes of the accident, noscientific ways and means to deal with the cause of the accident during the construction of thesources of danger. So, in this paper, to discuss with a dangerous source of identification,analysis, evaluation and control, and mainly completed the following work:(1) In this paper, combining the knowledge of safety management model on construction,individual point, that is dangerous source identification model suitable for constructionenterprises, is proposed. Firstly, division of work activities on a project, each division of workactivities were the identification of sources of danger, set up a business the list of hazards, andfor different sources of danger analysis, evaluation, and took the appropriate measures tocontrol. Measures taken for the implementation of the model needs.(2) Respectively, analysis and comparison from angles the qualitative and thequantitative for safety assessment methods, and safety risk assessment methods used inbuilding construction process, in order to estimate the size of the enterprise security risks forenterprise security management reference.(3) Established methods and ideas for enterprise security management decision supportare used in the construction process of the construction enterprises, the reasonable suggestionsare given for building corporate decision-making safety management program.
