With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the demand for expressways is becoming more and more urgent.The problems in the highway construction market are becoming increasingly prominent.Reforms are needed in the management system,construction plans,and risk prevention and control.Expressway projects often contain different sub-projects,such as tunnel engineering and bridge engineering.The construction is complicated and there are many unsafe factors.It is prone to engineering accidents,causing casualties and unnecessary economic losses,resulting in adverse social impacts.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction risk management of expressway projects,conduct scientific risk assessment,formulate reasonable construction risk prevention and control measures,and strengthen construction site management.At present,China's engineering safety risk management work has made great efforts,including safety risk control regulations,management plans and related technologies.By considering the opinions of experts,the guidance of researchers and government agencies,a sound security risk management system has been established on the basis of technology,management,culture,and regulations.In 2010,the Ministry of Transport of China issued the “ Guidelines for Safety Assessment of Highway Bridges and Tunnel Designs” and in 2011 issued the “Guidelines for Safety Assessment of Highway Bridges and Tunnel Construction”.Based on this,a risk assessment policy has been established.The guide provides a detailed and feasible method for assessing common risks in highway bridges and tunnel construction.Based on the background of Chongqing expressway construction,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the construction project of Shiqian Expressway tunnel project.Firstly,it analyzes the main status quo of the project,geological environment and construction difficulties,and analyzes the Shiqian Expressway tunnel project with engineering construction technology.The construction safety factors affecting the construction factors are identified.The Delphi method is used to quantitatively analyze the construction risks of different construction stages.Finally,the quantitative analysis results of each stage are summarized and summarized,and corresponding control measures are formulated for the construction risks of each stage.Optimize construction safety management.The paper mainly obtained the following research conclusions:(1)The expressway project is a systematic project,which often includes bridge engineering,tunnel engineering,and high slope engineering of roads.There should be a correct sub-item for the construction risk assessment of expressway projects.(2)Summarize the commonly used risk management methods,analyze their advantages and disadvantages and application conditions;analyze the construction characteristics and safety risk characteristics of bridge engineering,tunnel engineering and high slope engineering of Shiqian Expressway project.(3)Based on the analysis of the above project characteristics,the specific implementation method for the safety risk assessment of the Shiqian Expressway project is formulated.Using the Delphi method,the safety risk assessment of the construction project of the Shiqian Expressway project.(4)According to the basic principles of project construction risk prevention and control,the construction risk prevention and control measures and management methods for the Shiqian Expressway project are proposed.
