At present,our country is in a large-scale economic construction period,construction projects are built,the current society and the public concern about the security problem is increasingly close,the safety of the construction project construction management more and more become an important management content,enterprise went on to become one of the four master project management content.The actuality of our country is,however,engineering project management,especially the safety management level still lags behind,at present has affected the rapid development of construction project,especially the security risk assessment technology and the level stagnate,mainly rely on experience judgement method.This paper at the point of view of the construction enterprise management of the project research of small and medium-sized construction project construction in the process of hazard identification and risk evaluation.Serious analysis of the characteristics of the project safety management,on the basis of the current commonly used hazards identification method,comparative analysis,discuss the hazards identification method,the advantages and disadvantages of determine the choice of construction engineering project construction hazard identification method principle.Paper after further analysis,determine the correct construction engineering project construction hazard identification method and the concrete steps.Paper is to determine the selection principles and analyzes the problems existing in the specific steps,as the important supplement and reference used in the practical work.As the focus of the research papers,this paper emphatically discusses the LC evaluation method in the evaluation of security risks,risk evaluation matrix,and the basic principle of risk assessment method,operation condition and evaluation method,and the applicable scope.On this basis,and by discussing the deficiency existing in MES evaluation method,and try to improve the law.Through the analysis of MES evaluation method of flaw and the insufficiency and thinking,so as to create a new evaluation method.According to the characteristics of small and medium-sized construction project construction safety risk evaluation,the paper according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized construction project construction safety management,after the peak,but always run through the whole process of the project.As the key work of project management,the main focus is on the implementation phase of the project.Risk of project work,including investment risks,social risks,political risks,natural risks,etc.,the above risk from the project planning activities have started to build up a working mechanism,in general,a variety of risk management in project planning and project work has been a more in-depth assessment and analysis.As mentioned above,due to the work carried out earlier,with the advance of the project work,all aspects of the assessment will be further clarified,even if the preliminary work is not deep enough,and eventually will gradually improve the optimization,and can effectively promote the project work smoothly.However,with a sharp contrast to the security management is more timely and utilitarian.Especially in the project construction stage,the security investment and the output of the proof is quite clear.The input of various security hardware and software directly affect the quality of the final product.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk assessment of the construction stage.In the analysis of the current methods commonly used in risk evaluation,through comparative analysis,case analysis,finally through optimization,MLEC evaluation method,put forward the system of scientific,comprehensive analysis,and verified by many engineering examples,can be used as the first method of small and medium sized construction projects.
