Research On Safety Assessment And Management Methods Of Construction Hazard

Safety assessment in construction hazard identification and management is one of the new subjects in the field of architectural engineering, and the research on safety assessment and management methods of construction hazard is imperative. This paper presents the accident-causing theory, researches the construction hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control, explores the safety assessment methods and its improvement, puts forward measures for construction safety by research, so as to provide theory guidance and technical data for identifying the existing or potential risk factors of construction, design, construction and management, which has great scientific significance and construction value.The identification of dangerous and harmful factors in construction process, basic steps and process of hazard identification, assessment and management are studied.An improved safety assessment method is achieved by perfecting and supplementing the existing one which has defects. The safety check list is improved in which the analytic hierarchy process is used; site evaluation score chart of Dalian construction safety quality standardization is constructed; accident tree is used for analyzing accidents of formwork collapse; by amending item L of risk assessment method on working conditions, existence of hidden dangers is determined by control relations between system energy and artificial energy; compared with the original LEC, value adoption of L is more scientific and practical that can enhance the economic efficiency of safety cost.The nature of FSA method is analyzed and its application is researched; construction site safety assessment methods based on BP neural network are proposed; the principles, methods and algorithms of this assessment model are also studied.Though the research, basic requirements and principles of safety measures, safety technology measures and safety management measures.By using methods above, this paper analyzes safety assessment of Dalian Futures Mansion project, and puts emphasis on discussing the classification and management of major construction hazard.Finally is the conclusion of research in this paper and the prospect of future work.
