Study On The Construction Risk Management Of Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd

This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of safety risk management in Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd(QWHI).It shall identify the hazards for each work task and evaluate the possibility and severity of the risks by applying Task Risk Assessment(TRA),referring to the cause of all production safety accidents in recent seven years.According to the principles of behavior safety control and systematic management,the overall preventive measures and phased preventive measures are developed for the identified risks.In this paper,a scientific safety risk management system is set up by applying the principles of behavior safety science theory and systematic safety science theory.It is used to control the safety risk in the whole process of shipbuilding and offshore engineering construction.The safety risk management system is to enhance employee safety awareness and safety skills,and develop good safety practices in ways of safety culture establishment,safety training and other safety management activities.It provides guarantee for safety risk prevention through organizational guarantee,system guarantee,improving production processintrinsic safety,information application and safety audit,and controls the safety risk in the acceptable range.By running the risk control system,a dynamic cycle of safety risk control and continuous improvement can be formed,and the safety management level of the company will be improved continuously.
