As one of the most common geological disasters in my country,landslides pose a huge threat to the lives and property safety of local people due to their huge destructiveness,suddenness and widespread distribution.Therefore,landslide disaster management design is an important link in landslide research.The prevention and control of landslide disasters mainly include four methods: restricted development,engineering treatment,physical measures and monitoring system application.The most commonly used methods are engineering treatment and monitoring system.Among the engineering treatment methods,anti-slide piles and retaining walls are the most common engineering methods,and their safety,reliability and cost-effectiveness are high.The various processes of anti-slide pile construction contain high safety risks.Engineering accidents such as slope landslides,falling objects from high altitudes,and mechanical strikes are prone to occur during construction,which seriously threatens the life safety of on-site construction personnel and may also induce landslides.Caused the failure of the entire governance project.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop anti-slide piles for construction safety risk assessment.This paper takes the construction of anti-slide piles in landslide treatment as the main research object,and takes the comprehensive treatment project of slope landslides of a Provincial Highway to examine the risks of the various processes of anti-slide pile construction identification and evaluation.First of all,on the basis of fully understanding the characteristics of anti slide pile engineering,the risk source of anti slide pile construction is identified by applying construction safety management theory.According to the construction steps of anti slide pile,the anti slide pile construction is divided into four stages,and then according to the possible risks in each stage,the risk source library of anti slide pile construction is established.According to the above-mentioned risk source database of each stage,the LEC method is used to identify the major risk sources in the construction process of anti slide pile.It is found that the construction procedures with more than 70 points include manual hole digging,excavation cleaning and transportation,wall reinforcement and formwork processing,mechanical hole excavation,etc.It is pointed out that these processes need tobe focused on and prevented in the construction process.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to further analyze the impact of specific factors of these risk sources.According to the evaluation results,the construction risks of the first level indicators are ranked as follows: environmental risk→construction personnel risk→ management risk→mechanical risk→material risk.Among the top ten risk factors,environmental risk,construction personnel risk and management risk accounted for 40%,and none of mechanical risk and material risk appeared in the top ten.Therefore,in the construction risk prevention,we should focus on the environmental risk,the risk of construction personnel and management risk.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,the risk control measures and suggestions are given for general risk sources and major risk sources.At the same time,it is pointed out that the risk monitoring in the construction process is very important,and all kinds of risks in the surrounding environment and the construction process should be monitored.At the same time,it is considered that the risk management in the construction process should proceed from the perspective of human beings.Strengthening the training and management of personnel and improving the management system are the fundamental measures to reduce the occurrence of risks.
