| Now electronic type of electric meter plays an important part on the market because it solves accuracy problems of energy measurement compared to mechanical meter. With the development of electronic information technology, electronic meter’s function has been greatly improved. Since entering the new century, energy pattern has a significant change. Because of shortage of resources and deterioration of environment, every countries putting forward to the construction of smart grid. In this changing environment, intelligent ammeter will show important position and will required more completely functions. However, electronic meter that has been widespread existed on the market nowadays couldn’t meet all of the requirements, so it needs more improvements for this electronic meter to adapt to the smart grid’s construction of the future.The function design of three-phase multi-functional electric meter in this paper was based on multi-rate electricity price that carried out in our country gradually and bi-directional feature that smart grid required. Firstly, the whole design of electric meter included two parts:parameter acquisition and control system. The control system according to practical divided into four subsystems: memory module, clock module, display module, communication module and etc. Multi-functional electric meter’s hardware design was according to these modules.Secondly, three-phase multi-functional electric meter’s hardware was designed in this paper. According to the different characteristic of the chip, each module circuit was built in grid plate. Then the hardware was been tested and debugged to make sure the correctness of circuit. After these operations, system schematic and PCB is drew by the professional software-PROTEL DXP. PCB’s design is the significant part of the whole design process, it not only restrict to the package size of every component, but also need to consider the rules of PCB Routing.Thirdly, designed system circuit board was welded and debugged in the thesis after PCB completed. Then system software programming from entirety to individual was analyzed based on each modules’succeed debugging. Software platform of Keil and C language was used during the debugging and programming to make sure the whole system can reach some certain function ultimately.Finally, information send system that related to the electric meter was devised in upper computer to realized the information flow from upper computer to meter for the purpose of energy-saving intelligently base on VB software in dissertation and can storage historical message in the help of database. At the same time, energy-saving strategy in user side was analyzed and a practical demonstration was given as well in this thesis base on multi-rate electricity price and bidirectional communication.Electric meter was designed for one function of time interval which the multi-rate electricity price was based on in this thesis. This can not only help the implement of peak-load shifting strategy to make sure power equipment worked normally and energy utilized efficiently in power generation enterprise, but also reduce the users’electricity costs. Thesis also considered another function of downlink message send in the bidirectional information transmission for purposes of electric energy saving and the environmental protection, to ensure the electric meter could received all kinds of information including electricity strategy from terminal upper computer and displayed on the LCD panel. |
