From the research of the development point of view, there are three main aspects in electric energy metering system: First, the acquisition of electric energy and computing technology, that is to meter and calculate current, voltage and other electrical parameters; Second,by what methods of data transmission, achieve reliable intelligent automatical meter-reading. The third is how to focus on the energy meter management and control. Being in accordance with the basic requirements of power station, automatically collect multi-function meter measurement values, and then record data, print the statements, and do some statistical analysis.Energy Measurement management systems are moving towards to intelligent, information-based, network-based direction. Energy metering system of electric energy to complete time-sharing site collection, storage, transmission. At the same time electricity meters to provide information to other applications, in order to complete the station's day-to-day power management, operation analysis, loss analysis. The system is power electricity production sector based on the management of the necessary measurement systems. Energy data may be EMS, transaction management systems, load forecasting, information systems be used. Therefore, the development of electric energy metering management system has an important practical significance.This paper analyzed the current status of power measurement and power production under the current regulatory requirements for the measurement of electricity a deeper transformation, which has designed a comprehensive management system for energy metering.
