| In order to deal with possible large-scale cross regional electric power market transaction,it is necessary for trans-regional large electricity market for the research of electricity price formation mechanism of nodes,and trans-regional large-scale electric power market trading results affected by the electricity trading and trading of electricity power generation resources two kinds of the influence of the specific transaction,and trans-regional transmission pricing method remains to be further straighten out of the mark et.Thus,in this paper,starting from the physical model of power across the land transactions,the formation of node tariffs can be divided into process is divided into multiple energy integrated optimization allocation of trans-regional,trans-regional transmission pricing mechanism and node price level to form three phases,one of the main research work for many of the energy integrated optimization allocation across regions and trans-regional transmission pricing mechanism study of two parts.Aiming at the research of multi-energy comprehensive optimal allocation across regions,firstly,based on the characteristics of multi-energy,a multi-energy comprehensive allocation mechanism was established among regions,and a quota mechanism was set up for wind-power generation independently,and a multi-energy optimal allocation model was established for hydro-thermal power generation and fossil power generation.In the solution of multi-energy optimal allocation model,energy is divided into electric energy and power generation energy,a particle swarm optimization-linear programming(pso)energy two-layer optimal allocation model is proposed to solve the optimal allocation of water,fire and electricity,and the method of two-layer ratio optimization and joint optimization mechanism is proposed to solve the problem.For across the corresponding regional electricity transmission price mechanism,this paper puts forward a method based on the path to the trace amount of energy downstream decomposition,the amount of energy in the energy allocation traced back,should be used to calculate the node energy purchase cost and transport cost,then put forward a kind of transmission cost allocation method based on km when mw coefficient,according to the result of decomposition of electric energy on the basis of formation of mw km transmission pricing mechanism.Considering the mutual influence of transmission pricing and multi-energy optimization,the final form of nodal price should be based on the joint operation of the mechanism of energy allocation optimization and transmission pricing.In this paper,the 11-node energy allocation network established in combination with the actual situation in China is taken as an example,and the proposed model and method are compared and calculated in multiple scenarios to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
