Study On Risk Evaluation And Response For Automotive Seat Development Project

This thesis chooses automotive seat development project as the research object. Referto the project risk management process and combine with the automotive seat developmentproject characteristics and development process, this thesis sums up a suitable riskmanagement process which can fit automotive seat development project well. Riskevaluation and risk response are selected to discuss based on two actual projects.Based on two actual case projects, this thesis introduces AHP to evaluate30identifiedautomotive seat development project risks and finally gets the weight sequence of these30risks. Also AHP is applied to get total risk comparison between these two actual caseprojects.According to the results of risk evaluation, the risks which need response have beenidentified, and the risk response target has been set up. After that, based on the two actualcase projects, all risk responses are established. According to the risk response target, thisthesis applies Delphi method to validate the responses.The research in this thesis has strong practical significance. First of all, this thesisraises a suitable risk management process; secondly, this thesis gives detailed descriptionof operation process and calculating methods and tools application for the risk evaluationand risk response. These research results establish a preliminary process and method forthe automotive seat development project risk management and lay foundation for furtherresearch.
