Sustainable Land Use Analysis Of Gongchangling Based On3S Technology And Ecological Footprint

The construction of informational society and ecological city is the object of urban development and harmonious society. It established during the national twelfth five-year construction, completing the classification and evaluation of land using status by taking advantage of all kinds of geographic information resources, which has a very important significance to establish a type of ecological and livable city, and to realize the sustainable development of land using. In view of China’s state policy, collecting and classifying the geographic space information of land using, analyzing and evaluating the regional ecological environment, providing the suggestion and guidance for land using and regulating by3S technology, and then achieving the development of land using is starting point of this paper.The paper selected Gongchangling as the object. Firstly, it completed the acquisition and data processing of geographic space information by GPS and RS technology and mastered the status of land using in Gongchangling, and then analyzed the database of the national. Secondly, it survey land enivirnment and handle remote sensing image by GIS, and then verified the authenticity of remote sensing image. At the same time, it established multi-level and multi-angle evaluation system with "traditional" computation model and "national hectares" computation model of Ecological Footprint (EF), evaluated and analyzed the problems of land using status of Gongchangling in recent five years with the situation of ecological carrying capacity (EC), then optimized and adjusted the structure and layout of land using combined with the idea of eco-city establishment, providing the suggestion and guidance about the sustainable utilization of mining land city.Completed the scheme of land using and regulating from2006to2020of Gongchangling combined with research results, fully reflected the regulation characteristics of land using of eco-city and the country’s macro requirements of sustainable development of land using.
