Ecological security is the core and foundation of sustainable land use, which is the premise of the development of human society, and land use ecological security research is the preface topic in the field of land research. With the process of urbanization and industrialization becoming more and more serious, the land exploitation and utilization is expanding, and the land resources in our country are facing serious ecological problems. The study of land ecological security has been paid much attention by many scholars. However, for the existing domestic and international ecological security research methods, has not yet formed a set of recognized complete mature, scientific and rigorous theoretical system. With the deepening of the study, the measurement of ecological security has gradually evolved from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. Therefore,William Rees,a Canadian ecological economist, proposed the concept of ecological footprint in 1992.The calculation is simple, reproducible and easy to be accepted by researchers and policy makers. In this context, this paper takes Lufeng County as an example, based on the analysis of the dynamic changes of land use, studies the impact mechanism of land use change on ecological security. For the first time, based on the traditional ecological footprint method and GIS spatial analysis technology, the land ecological security status of Lufeng County in 2009,2011 and 2013 was evaluated and evaluated.Based on the optimization of land ecological security status and based on the research results and the actual situation of Lufeng County Optimization measures to make it more forward-looking,scientific,and ecological adaptability. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study of Lufeng County Land Ecological Security Based on the traditional ecological footprint methodAccording to the bio-energy resources data of Lufeng County in 2009,2011 and 2013,the ecological footprint per capita, per capita ecological carrying capacity, ecological deficit(surplus)and the ecological pressure of the land are calculated according to the related concepts of the ecological footprint model. The calculation of the production volume of construction land has been improved on the basis of the original ones.Through the calculation result,we can draw the following conclusions: The per capita ecological footprint of Lufeng County in 2009,2013 2011,the overall upward trend, the annual decline in 2009 to 2013 showed an overall trend of per capita ecological carrying capacity. The difference between ecological carrying capacity and ecological footprint of Lufeng County in 2009 is positive, which belongs to the ecological surplus and is in a relatively safe state. In 2011,the difference decreased rapidly, down 105.9% Yo Y in 2009 and was negative, which was an ecological deficit. The difference between 2011 and 2013 increased slightly,up 5.67% from the same period of last year, but it is still negative. It is an ecological deficit. In 2009,the land ecological security status of Lufeng County was in the third level-less safe state according to the evaluation standard of ecological security.Afterwards, the ecological security pressure index of Lufeng County was getting higher and higher, basically in the fourth level-not Safe condition. Therefore, the land ecological security status of Lufeng County is not optimistic, the current ecological carrying capacity has been unable to meet the growing needs of people's consumption,Lufeng County in a sustainable development mode.(2)Study of Lufeng County Land Ecological Security Based on GIS spatial analysisThe results calculated based on the traditional ecological footprint method were connected with the land use data of Lufeng County in 2009,2011 and 2013,and the land ecological security status of Lufeng County was evaluated using ArcGIS spatial analysis technology. The conclusions are as follows: The results of grid calculation of ecological deficit(surplus)in Lufeng County show that the area with extremely serious ecological deficit has been increasing year by year, while those with more serious ecological deficits are concentrated in the central towns and the northwestern part of the country. The calculation of land ecological safety grid in Lufeng County shows that the area in a very insecure area has been increasing year by year, indicating that the land ecological security situation in Lufeng County is deteriorating. These areas are mainly located in Jinshan Town, the northwest and the eastern part of the county. In general,Lufeng County is in an unsafe state of land ecological security and needs to seek a sustainable development model to achieve a coordinated and sustainable development in all aspects of Lufeng County.Through the verification comparison,it is found that the calculation results based on the traditional method are consistent with the land ecological security situation of Lufeng County based on the GIS method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are obvious. In the study of land ecological security in Lufeng County, they are combined with the research, and the GIS method is used to revise the traditional ecological footprint statistical methods, both of which can learn from each other's strengths and weakens the land ecological security in Lufeng County more comprehensively and accurately.(3)Study on the Optimization of Land Ecological Security in Lufeng CountyAccording to the analysis of the two methods and the characteristics of ecological security level of each land and the actual conditions of Lufeng County and the existing ecological resources and environment problems, this paper puts forward three suggestions for the forest resources, biological resources and land resources. With a view to the ecological security of Lufeng County in a benign direction,it is also conducive to Lufeng County to alleviate the pressure of ecological safety of land use, ensure the sustainable use of land, and the promulgation and implementation of relevant government policies.
