Implementation Of Resource Management GIS Based On ArcGIS Server And Flex

With the rapid development of computer and Internet communication technology, the geographic information systems has also been strongly developed and used in our lives. As the web service technology developing, RIA which is based on web technology occupies an increasingly important position in the geographic information system. This paper using the technology of Web GIS Server and ArcGIS API for Flex application developed a resource management GIS, which is to meet an enterprise for its geographical resource requirements function. In the database, we realize the effect in mobile communication equipment resources as a template to show the function of the GIS which was developed in this paper.The mainly content of this paper is as follows:(1) The paper introduced the background and significance of the geographic information system and its technology situation. Compared the domestic and foreign present development situation of application prospect, the paper briefly introduced the characteristics of the resource management system that based on ArcGIS Server and Flex.(2) This paper introduced ArcGIS Server application technology by relating the GIS, including the ArcGIS Server system structure, slices of technology, map service as well as to the Server object management; Flex application technology development framework and function are briefly introduced, according to ArcGIS API for Flex framework which is an open source software of ESRI company. Developed the GIS Flex client, and deployed it in Weblogic container, as the name of igis for engineering application. The client have many practical integrated GIS basic map function and functions that can be used for managing mobile communications equipment resources after modeling extended layer control etc. In order to better our GIS system database of the relation model for the management, this paper developed a management model and some Java applications called igisserve and igis. The igisserver is a Java application to configuration for igis. They are all deployed in Weblogic containers together. The igisserver Java application can add, delete, modify system established in the resources of the object model and change the igis client application for resources management in the configuration parameters, which can greatly improve the operation of the system efficiency and stability.(3) This paper designed the general structure of the resource management system which is based on ArcGIS Server and Flex platform. Summarized the structure and work mode that based on Flex and WebGIS, this paper expounds the development of GIS. From the system design to function realization, this paper introduced the development process of WebGIS which is based on Flex and ArcGIS Server in the actual project, including data structure design, interface design, operation process design, etc.(4)This paper introduced the function of the GIS operation. In the function of the demonstration, in order to better display the GIS of high efficiency, this paper used mobile communication equipment resources as modeling template. The demonstrated model is only used for demo for the artificial data effect.
